Important Information

The vehicle fits a maximum of 3 people with baggage or 5 people without baggage
Local operator will check your ETA one day prior to your arrival. Usually you need 40-60 minutes to pass immigration and exit the terminal. The driver will be waiting for maximum 1 hour from the pickup time.
For departure, please aim to leave your hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight schedule due to Jakarta's unpredictable traffic
In case of flight delay more than 1 hour, there will be a waiting surcharge fee IDR 50.00 per hour payable directly to the driver. However, it's not guaranteed the driver will be able to wait if there is another pickup scheduled
For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
If the driver cannot contact you after waiting one hour, it will be considered a 'no show' and you will forfeit your payment
